Italian basil, green apple and celery sticks combine their natural goodness with Belvedere vodka. An injection of jasmine and Chinese kwai feh liqueur flavours this ‘health giving’ and delicious drink.

To achieve a beautiful oral taste in our dry martini we infuse Fords gin with dried lavender flowers. Served as you like it; with either olives or lemon zest.

First appearing in 1916, this fresh, slightly sour and very smooth cocktail soon became a classic. Our version is made with homemade crème de violette, infused with clitoria flowers and lavender, and served with a digestible violet airplane on the side.

The Smith does not like just any type of rum in his Daiquiri. To be specific, a blend of rums is what he likes. A 23 year old Ron Zacapa and a 7 year old Angostura with some rhubarb and fresh lime… it’s the daiquiri of choice!

A ‘lighter’ version of the Negroni. This delicious blend of gin, dry vermouth, Campari and dry curaçao makes a pleasantly bitter drink that is simultaneously rich and dry.

We have managed to make this fruity cocktail soft, luscious and creamy. Made with raspberries and gin, it has a smooth foamy layer on top, to which we add freshly grated lemon zest. This cocktail contains no cream.
